Customer Action and Response (CARE)

CARE is a yearly maintenance contract and is designed for smaller IT infrastructures which do not require full time monitoring by an administrator. CARE program is a combination of On-Site Visits and Telephonic / E-mail Support provided to customers. On-site visits under the CARE agreement have been divided into three categories - Audit Visits, Normal Visits and Reflex Visits, based on the response time and severity of the issue. This support package is designed to help customers gain real business agility via a proactive, personalized support services and fast expert resolution of specific technical issues On Time, Every Time.
