Mrs. Shubhada Shastry, Training Team Manager, is responible for Interacting with team members for guiding them to achieve the set target for the Current FY, guiding the inhouse Business Development Team in coming out with new Business Strategies and plans for improving business and improved satisfaction from our student stream by ensuring that Quality Deliverables are being provided by our Delivery team.Since joining CTIPL, she handled Inhouse and Corporate trainings for major clients and had also taken the role of managing her team. Her Objective is to Constantly interact with Oracle and Novell for delivering their Education Services in a better way to the Student Community.
