Mr. Somashekar H G, Technical Manager - Application Server Support, Training Services, Java Development & Oracle Applications DBA, is the first Oracle Application Server Administrator in CTIPL and since then has given support to clients across India and has managed a team of 15 engineers in execution of major orders for our clients on Oracle Application server implementation. As Manager of iAS team, he has been involved in building the team and the processes to manage the Training and Support team activities on Oracle Application Server. He has been instrumental in Strategic Planning, Team Building, Team Structuring, Policy Building, Implementation and achieving the set targets by motivating the Team Managers, Group Leaders and Team Members. Mr. Somashekar is known for his excellent hands on expertise in Information Technology, in profiles ranging across both Support and Development activities as Sr. Programmer

, Oracle Database Administrator, Oracle Application Server Administrator, Oracle Consultant, Project Manager, etc and currently as Senior Manager - Middleware Services. His expertise also includes Software Testing and Technical Writing.
